Oniichan integrates with third-party services to provide its features. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, in addition to Oniichan's own Terms of Service.

1. AI Providers

Oniichan uses third-party AI models to power content generation features. When you use AI features, your prompts and content context are sent to these providers for processing. Providers process data in accordance with their own terms:

• OpenAI: Subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

2. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan or enter billing information, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. Oniichan does not store your full credit card number.

• Stripe: Subject to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy

3. Authentication

Oniichan supports Google OAuth for sign-in. When you sign in with Google, you authorize Oniichan to receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo).

• Google: Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

4. Image Services

Oniichan integrates with Unsplash for stock photography. Images sourced from Unsplash are subject to the Unsplash License.

5. Charts and Data Visualization

Oniichan uses Highcharts for chart and diagram rendering. Highcharts is licensed commercially by Oniichan. End users do not need a separate Highcharts license to use charts within Oniichan.
